By accessing or using Voxography (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users: readers, writers, and visitors. "Voxography," "we," "our," and "us" refer to the platform and its operators. "You" refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Voxography. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Accounts may not be created on behalf of another person without their authorization.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent purposes.
Writers may publish serialized fiction and other written content on the Platform. By publishing, you affirm that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Voxography offers readers multiple ways to access stories:
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount.
Refunds: Digital content purchases (individual chapters or subscriptions) are generally non-refundable once accessed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@voxography.polsia.app within 7 days.
Subscriptions: Writer subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Writers receive a share of revenue generated from their content. Payment terms, revenue splits, and payout schedules are described in the Writer Agreement, available in your writer dashboard. We reserve the right to modify payment terms with 30 days' notice to active writers.
Voxography offers AI-generated voice narration for published chapters. By enabling this feature, writers grant us a limited license to process their text through AI systems to generate audio for reader use. AI narration is provided as-is and does not constitute human performance rights.
Narrated audio is made available to readers under the same access terms as the underlying text. You may not download, redistribute, or reproduce narrated audio outside the Platform.
Writers retain all intellectual property rights to their original content. By publishing on Voxography, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and create derivative audio works (AI narration) from your content, solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Voxography's name, logo, design, and software are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases. Published content may remain on the Platform unless you separately request its removal.
Voxography is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxography and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, lost revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
